Frequently Asked Questions
What is 3:11 Aesthetic?
3:11 Aesthetic is a skin health studio offering customized facials, clinical peels, and integrative treatments rooted in science, experience, and intentional care. In addition to massage-based facials and whole-body skin support, we offer the Face Reality Acne Bootcamp, a results-driven program designed to clear acne with professional guidance and targeted home care. All treatments are built around your skin’s needs and your long-term goals.
What makes the experience at 3:11 Aesthetic unique?
Every service is part of The Dopamine Experience. A curated, full-body reset disguised as a facial. Your session combines clinical skincare with intentional sensory elements. It’s designed to support your skin and your state of being without spiritual practices or invasive methods.
What should I expect during a buccal massage?
Buccal massage is a deeply therapeutic technique that works the facial muscles from both outside and inside the mouth (with gloves, of course). It relieves jaw tension, improves circulation and supports lymphatic flow. Clients often describe it as surprisingly relaxing and visibly sculpting. It’s especially helpful for those who clench, grind, or carry tension in the lower face.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to ensure you receive your full hands-on treatment time. This allows time to settle in, use the restroom, enjoy a drink, and change if needed. Arriving early helps us begin your service stress free and on time.
How should I prepare for my facial?
For the best experience, please arrive with a clean face and no makeup. Remove all jewelry, especially earrings and wear your hair loosely tied up to fully enjoy the massage elements of your facial. Stop any harsh actives at least 2 days prior to your treatment unless instructed otherwise by your facialist.
Can I receive treatments while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Yes. Many of our services can be safely adapted for pregnancy and postpartum. We’ll adjust your session for comfort and safety, just let us know in advance.
What happens if I arrive late?
Out of respect for all clients, arriving late may reduce your hands-on treatment time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your session and apply a cancellation fee, as your appointment reserves dedicated time with your provider.
Is a deposit required to book?
Yes, a deposit is required to secure your appointment and is applied toward your total service cost.
